Committee Meetings

Our Committee meetings are held monthly (except January), please check the Calendar for dates & times.
All members are welcome to attend.

Elections and Volunteering

The Committee is elected by the clubs members every 2 years at the clubs AGM. From time to time a Committee role may become vacant, to which the remaining Committee will appoint a person to fill the role as a casual vacancy until the next election is held, as per the club’s Model Rules.

Sub Committee members and Office Bearers can be appointed at any time at the discretion of the Committee, there is no limit to the numbers that can join the Sub Committee. You may even have an area of expertise that the Committee has not yet considered, please contact us to discuss how you can help the club because as we know many hands make light work.

To nominate for the Committee or Sub Committee you must be a member (or a parent/guardian of a member who is under 18) of the club, and you must be nominated by a member (or a parent/guardian of a member who is under 18) of the club. Should you not renew your membership you will automatically relinquish your role as a Committee or Sub Committee member.
